Red Dress: Latin Nights 2018

The theme for our new season is “Feel the Connection,” as every concert builds bridges in the community through the power of orchestral music. Listeners and musicians share thrilling experiences in the concert hall, and nothing can replace the bonds that link us after each concert.

Things get fired up with this year's EIRMC Red Dress Concert: “Latin Nights”! We are excited to present a sizzling evening of flashy showpieces by Spanish and Latin American composers, with exotic dances like the zarzuela, fandango, huapango, and more! The program includes music from The Three Cornered Hat by Manuel de Falla, and features Rodrigo’s sensual Concierto de Aranjuez for Solo Guitar and Orchestra with award-winning guitarist Ana Vidovic.
