Virtual Season Subscriptions & Individual Tickets On Sale!

SEASON 71 SEASON TICKETS & SINGLE TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!

Subscriptions

($99 + $4.75 fee + $5.95 sales tax = $109.69)

  • Each household only needs to purchase one digital subscription. The person who purchased the subscription will receive an email (at the address they provide during purchasing) that contains a link and access code for each individual concert.

  • Email reminders with your individual access code and link will go out two hours before each concert, so if you happen to lose that first email, don’t worry!

  • Don’t share your access code or forward your email to anyone! If a second device tries to access the link using your code, YOU will be kicked out of the stream on your current device. If you want to try a few different devices, feel free.

    • We will provide a few opportunities for you to test your at-home speakers/set-up/devices so you can decide if you want to change anything about it.

  • Musical performances will be pre-recorded and mixed for the highest possible quality audio presentation. However, the IFS is not responsible for your individual Internet connection/speakers/etc. so we encourage you to test your device(s) before the October concert so you have plenty of time to ask questions or order any new equipment you might want to procure.

FAQ

Will there only be digital events this season?

The Idaho Falls Symphony Board of Directors created a COVID-19 Planning Committee to examine the changing information about the COVID-19 pandemic. The committee is made up of board officers, IFS staff, and musicians, and includes several local healthcare professionals. At this time, the COVID-19 Planning Committee has recommended that the IFS hold no in-person events for the remainder of 2020. The Committee will convene in December 2020 to make a decision about events scheduled for 2021. Therefore, at this time, only virtual tickets are on sale.

If I buy a virtual ticket and then in-person events are scheduled, can I use my virtual ticket to attend the in-person event?

No. You will need to purchase a ticket for an in-person event if/when they are made available.

I bought a ticket to the concert but missed the LiveStream/my Internet connection went haywire! Can I get a refund?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, if you miss the LiveStream please go to the webpage in your ticket purchase email - there will be a link on that page to an archival recording of the concert for up to 5-7 days after the date of the concert (depending on licensing of individual pieces).

Can I get technical support?

Yes! We’ll have a few folks on hand on the night of each concert to answer emails (recommended) or phone calls for technical support. The best way to get support is to email support@ifsymphony.org and someone will be in touch with you ASAP.

I’m a current season subscriber. Will I get my seats back when we go back to in-person events?

Yes! If all goes well and we are able to return to in-person concerts for the 2021-2022 season, you will still get first dibs on your seats. We have all of our old records and will give subscribers the chance to reclaim their old seats before new subscribers or single ticket purchasers get the chance.
