Ticketing & Event Policies

Anyone who has purchased tickets, but becomes unable to attend, may return their tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert as a donation to the Idaho Falls Symphony in the value of the ticket.

In the event of an event cancellation, refunds will not be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to hearing any specific questions or concerns about refunds by calling (208) 529-1080.

The IFS will follow CDC Guidelines as they pertain to COVID-19 and safe indoor gatherings.

In Bonneville County, Idaho, community level is Low.

  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
  • Get tested if you have symptoms

People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask. If you are immunocompromised, learn more about how to protect yourself.

Policies and procedures are subject to change based on CDC Guidelines. Our main priority is the health and safety of our patrons, performers, staff, and volunteers. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We kindly ask that families refrain from bringing children younger than age 5 to evening subscription events, unless they are designated “Family Friendly,” in which case seats can be purchased for children who are not in arms. Audiences of all ages are invited to attend the Youth Orchestra Concerts and Family Concerts.
