The Search Series III
Celebrate the warmth and joy of the holiday season with the Idaho Falls Symphony’s Search Series III, led by the third finalist in our Music Director Search. This festive annual tradition brings together beloved seasonal music, family favorites, and cherished holiday moments in a concert designed to delight audiences of all ages.
The evening features classic holiday selections including Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride, music from The Polar Express, and timeless favorites such as The Christmas Song and Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, featuring the return of local favorite Jordan Bowman.
Adding to the magic of the evening, dancers from the Idaho Falls School of Ballet will perform selections from Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker Suite, bringing the beauty and wonder of this holiday classic to life on stage.

Meet the Conductor
Daniel Black recently completed a four-year tenure as Resident Conductor of the Florida Orchestra, conducting over 50 concerts per season. He is also an accomplished musical composer and arranger. Black has thrice been awarded the Solti Foundation U.S. Career Assistance Award. Read more >
