Box Office & Event Guidelines

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise approved by the Idaho Falls Symphony. This ticket may not be used for any advertisement or promotional purposes or resold without prior written consent of The Idaho Falls Symphony. The Ticket holder assumes all risk, liability, and responsibility for all damage incurred in connection with this show, and waives all rights to claim damages or to institute proceedings against the Idaho Falls Symphony, its affiliates, other related entities, or persons acting on their behalf or in collaboration with them. The Idaho Falls Symphony reserves the right to refuse access for reasonable motives and to request a photo ID during the course of an event.

We want every guest to enjoy the concert experience. Evening Masterworks performances are generally best suited for children ages 5 and older unless otherwise designated as a Family Concert.

Families with younger children are encouraged to attend our Youth Orchestra and Family Concerts, where audiences of all ages are welcome.

Patrons who are unable to attend a performance may return their tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert, and the ticket value will be gratefully accepted as a tax-deductible donation to the Idaho Falls Symphony.

  • Tickets are required for all patrons, regardless of age at ticketable events.
  • Programs and artists are subject to change.
  • Unused tickets have no cash value.
  • Prices and seating availability are subject to change.
