Patrons who are unable to attend a performance may return their tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert, and the ticket value will be gratefully accepted as a tax-deductible donation to the Idaho Falls Symphony.
Box Office & Event Guidelines
We want everyone to enjoy the music and the concert experience, so evening concerts are generally best suited for children ages 5 and older unless otherwise noted as “Family Friendly.”
Families with young children are especially encouraged to attend our Youth Orchestra and Family Concerts, where audiences of all ages are welcome.
